Positives: They sanitize
Negatives: I requested room service and didnt get my beds changed because I only stayed 2 nights.They just left linen in a bag for me to change the bed myself. If a guest requests room service they should honor the request in my opinion

Positives: What I did like best about the hotel is the exterior upkeep despite the lobby being cheaply done rather than dated is a bit of a turn off . The architecture of the place is nice but the overall property and rooms needs renovation,
Negatives: What I didnÂ't like about the hotel is the lighting . This is not the location for social media influencers, the bathroom is dated lobby and hallways, horrible lighting. I think they have a bed bug problem and they hold ur deposit up to 10 days.

Positives: The hotel was central to every location -- Hollywood, Venice Beach, Long Beach, etc. It's a beautiful hotel with a fire going every night. My son would run his lines downstairs by the fire once we got back to the hotel each night. Great experience!!!
Negatives: Nothing at all! From the staff, the ambiance, to the location, everything was perfect!!

Positives: This hotel had a very European feel with unique, notable decor, both in the lobby and in the room. We enjoyed hearing the story of how some of the lobby decor came to be at the hotel and where it came from.
Negatives: I was disappointed that the showerhead was fixed and not handheld and located so high on the wall that it made showering difficult for anyone not at least 6 feet tall.
