The type of room was good. The in-room appliances were a nice feature.
Negatives:
We couldn't find parking, and we were charged for it even though we had to park on a nearby street and walk with our stuff. They did credit us back the parking of $18 a night (but said it was because of the mattress issue not because we didn't even park there). We had other issues with the room. The pull out bed was so hard even with the mattress topper they brought in, there was no sleeping it, it was as hard as plywood with fabric on it. Making sleeping miserable for some people in our party. We did even have enough pillows or towels for how many we had in our party, and this hotel knew as our reservation was made many weeks in advance. Socks were left on the bathroom floor, from the previous people in the room. The dishes in the cabinets were a bit dirty, so we had to wash them before we could use them. Upon checking in we were told breakfast was from 7am-11am on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday they were late getting breakfast out and things were cold, or undercooked (oatmeal). Only 1 toaster slot worked enough to actually toast something. We came at 10am Sunday (we got in at 2am from our Girl Scouts event, which is why we even came here for) and breakfast was already half packed up. I am really disappointed, the reason we chose this hotel was for the amenities and extras. It was a bit of a let down
