Location is great, few minutes away from 880 freeway, Target store just across the street and a lot of restaurants just a few minutes drive from the hotel

After our first night we found a cockroach inside the room. When I reported the situation to the front desk, the lady was apologetic and she moved us to a different room in no time. But unfortunately we found few ants crawling on the bathroom floor.

although we didn't use it much, it's positive the hotel includes some form of a breakfast.

the general manager Sudeep is unprofessional and extremely rude, a bully and misbehaved. It's unfortunate because the rest of the front desk staff was polite, professional and friendly. Due to the general manager, we cannot trust this hotel for anyone.

Very clean room, bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean, and the bath tub was was spotless!

Everything was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was very small with the sink on the outside. The switch at the entrance did not work to turn on the lighted mirror above the sink. Rooms need more lighting.

Customers late at night partying, and one couple fought and screamed for 1 hour passed midnight. 1 loud group kept us up.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and hotel interior was clean.
Negatives:
The room was wheelchair accessible and because of this it didn't have anywhere to sit that wasn't on the bed. The shades were supposed to controlled by a button panel but were not wired up at all, in order to get any privacy I had to manually unspool the blind. The shower fixture was incorrectly setup, I could not get any cool water into the mix while showering. It was either full hot or almost too hot to shower in. The laundry facilities were also fairly expensive in my opinion, it was almost $10 for one load of laundry.
