Location is great, few minutes away from 880 freeway, Target store just across the street and a lot of restaurants just a few minutes drive from the hotel

After our first night we found a cockroach inside the room. When I reported the situation to the front desk, the lady was apologetic and she moved us to a different room in no time. But unfortunately we found few ants crawling on the bathroom floor.

although we didn't use it much, it's positive the hotel includes some form of a breakfast.

the general manager Sudeep is unprofessional and extremely rude, a bully and misbehaved. It's unfortunate because the rest of the front desk staff was polite, professional and friendly. Due to the general manager, we cannot trust this hotel for anyone.

The front office staff is excellent!! Especially Mercedes who is very kind and organized and goes above and beyond to accommodate customers during their stay. Tracy is also very nice and did an awesome job decorating the front hotel area all by herself while we were there. The location of the hotel is excellent. The value is excellent.
Negatives:
The bed was squeaky this time. The light over the sink was out during our stay. Breakfast could be improved.
