The bed, and size of the room. Bathroom was a little small but it was a great shower. Would have been better with detachable shower head, but it worked.

The location of the room. We were on the 3rd story at the end of the hall, and my husband is disabled with service dogs. A lot of work to go in and out

The rooms are really dated. We had to unplug the refrigerator due to it humming. The dresser was falling apart. The couch and chairs were so worn and uncomfortable.

There was nobody at the counter when we arrived. We waited for 10 minutes and tried calling, and the people ahead of us just left. Finally, someone arrived and checked us in. We left for dinner, and when we came back, none of our room keys worked anymore. They swapped them out, and we were able to get into the room again. In the middle of the night the smoke alarm started chirping because of faulty wiring I'm guessing? We unplugged it and turned it in the next morning after losing a lot of sleep messing with it. The surrounding area is crawling with homeless people and generally not a place you'd feel comfortable walking around.

I stayed here one year ago as well. Now a lot of wear and tear is visible. Bad paint and repair jobs reduce the image drastically. Staff is okay, but seem not well trained in customer communication.
