booked this Hampton through Booking.com and paid in full in advance. When I arrived, the hotel demanded more money, claiming room costs more.
I even called Hilton Customer Support, and agent Adam said this is “normal.” Seriously? How can it be normal to ask guests for more money after full payment is confirmed?
This experience was stressful, disrespectful, and a complete waste of time.
If you think a confirmed prepaid booking means peace of mind — think twice before booking here.

The property was in a great location — close to Target, Walmart, and lots of different stores, which made it really convenient. The hotel was very clean and well organized. Our room was amazing, and the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs.
Negatives:
“My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Hemet Menifee Murrieta was comfortable and the staff was friendly. However, I think the breakfast could use a little more variety. They offer waffles, which is nice, but not everyone wants something sweet in the morning. It would be great to have more options like fresh fruit or hot breakfast items. Overall, still a pleasant stay but the breakfast could definitely be improved.”
