The situation was that I made a mistake in the booking date. When I arrived receptionist was extremely unhelpful in trying to solve my situation and said that I needed to contact booking.com while booking.com was saying that I need to contact the property. In short: sometimes you guys need to plug in brain and not follow the script - otherwise why we need you? It's same as speaking to robot
