The front desk lady was very out spoken. Rude in a sarcastic way. She was very opinionated.
And enjoyed criticizing people
And that made me feel very uncomfortable. I booked a non-smoking room, and she placed me in a smoking room. After I checked into the room and noticed, I brought it to her attention, and she was very disappointed. I explained to her that I had allergies, and then she placed me in a non-smoking room that was not in a good location. There is nothing about this. Stay that. I would ever recommend anyone to visit.

Hot water was a big problem. Took a 15 min shower ran out of hot water. No hot water again until almost 1am and then not a lot. Was told too many people were taking showers in other rooms causing the issue.

It was fairly comfortable and the staff/employees were pretty nice up into our last day the one employee got kind of nippy and rude complaining our music was too loud yeah it had never been touched volume wise and had been on all day everybody seems fine

Cold and miserable listening to someone singing and talking to his dog at 2am. I couldn't sleep.

The tv couldn't get no channels and the rooms were small and the TV didn't get no channels and it was room 101 and the heater didn't work it didn't get warm at all

Room was ran with time stench, the woman at desk didn’t believe my husband and was rude with her response. She did give us another room, thankfully or we would have left and handled it from there.
The bed was sunk in like it was bought used after a lifetime of lying on it. Could feel springs and it was very uncomfortable.
