Breakfast service, main chef/waiter finally decided to grant my allergies and actually gave me food, he was nice about, interesting that you have to beg for paid service
Negatives:
My diamond earring were taking from my car, I reported to management and Mr Paz yet to answer my emails or calls, I also reported to Hyatt membership but 6 carat earring were taken and no one care. This is not all for experience at this hotel. I couldn't order dinner since waiter refused to grant my dietary restriction and cook food on olive oil, he refused to even check with a chef. I payed extra for a nice view. I booked weeks before my stay and they put my fiancé and I in the 3rd floor with view to the parking lot. I called the front desk they said they were sorry but the rooms were all booked for that night. That they could offer me a $25 voucher to use at their hotel “store”. Like what!

I only used the valet parking service which cost $225 for 3 nights but they charged $410 to my card. They have not supported when I tried reaching out and I could not find a way to contact them. They also came close to double charging me for the stay at check-in when it was pre-paid.

This was our second time at the facility. The room provided added space for us with a small alcove by the window that we could use to rest and read. Our breakfast came with the room and the food and service was very good.
Negatives:
We arrived 1.5 hours before the 4:00 check-in. Our room was not ready (it was in the queue to be cleaned), and we waited in the lobby. During this time, many people checked in and went to their rooms. At 3:45 I approached the front desk and asked about the room. It was still not ready and still in the queue, but the staff assigned another room with a king bed, after consulting with management.
The room lighting (not including the bathroom) could use some improving.
