I enjoyed the scenerythe charming cafe, the waterfall, the balcony's sunset, and the interior design. The other guests maintained a reasonable volume.The adorable kitchenette came in handy, allowing me to keep my beverage refreshed and cold.
Negatives:
The walls lacked sufficient insulation to dampen the noise from other guests partying after midnight on a weekday. Cigarette marks were visible on the balcony, and the area hadn't been adequately cleaned from the previous guests.

The location was amazing, walking distance to Hollywood Blvd, views of the city and the Hollywood sign. 10 mins from Universal Studios.
Negatives:
Bathroom was infested with ants and I killed a large spider in the shower. There was no contact with another person, we tried calling and texting and didnt get a response.
