I liked that it was clean and the bed was really comfortable

There were no snacks, no drinks, no view, it was less furniture than in the pictures, and it was for sure not worth $348!

The photos on the website showed a swimming pool, which we later discovered has been out of order since May. The Pool area was dirty and poorly maintained. Additionally, there was not staff onsite making it difficult to get any assistance during our stay.
We encountered multiple issues, including:
* No clean towels provided we had to reuse the same towels twice a day for morning shower and night shower.
* The TV remote was broken and taped together with black duck tape.
* The top light fixture in the room did not work.
* The restroom door did not close completely.
* The restroom sink had burn stain on it.
* The kitchen vent was falling off.
*The view outside the room was not as advertised; the building in front was dirty and stained.
* The baseboards needed a deep cleaning.
* The coffee pot did not work, and despite calling to complain, it was never fixed during out stay, leaving us without coffee all weekend.
* There was no housekeeping service.
* When we returned to the hotel on Saturday night, we were locked out of our room and had to call for remote assistance to gain entry.
We traveled four hours for this vacation expecting the amenities and conditions as advertised. Having to deal with these issues severely impacted experience. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a refund for this stay.
Please advise on the next steps for processing this refund. I look forward to your prompt response.
