Our room was spacious and clean. We loved the location. There were lots of lovely restaurants in the area. It was easy to access busses to all of the sites we wanted to see!

The Hotel is terrible, prepare to have the worse experience in your life.
The air conditioner is set by the hotel, so the room is completely HOT.
They will give you a small fan to cover the issue.

The staff are very polite and professional. The close location to The Los Felix area and metro made dinner and travel options convenient. The outdoor pool was a bonus!

Good location. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.
Negatives:
$42/night for parking was a bit pricey. Blow dryer didn't work. But they were quick to bring up one thst worked. No extra rolls of toilet paper in bathroom. Had to call & wait for it was inconvenient. Water & sides in the vending machine were ridiculously priced.
