I recently stayed at this lovely hotel and was impressed by its fantastic location and comfortable accommodations. Our room was spacious, with a large TV and a well-appointed bathroom. The only downside was that the hot water took a little time to warm up; however, it was perfectly fine once it did. The desk in the room was ideal for getting some work done.
The staff (all of them) were fantastic, friendly, efficient, and always welcoming. Well done to the team.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, we had a loud party in the next room during our stay, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly security responded—within five minutes! They resolved the issue effectively, and the staff went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary breakfast as an apology.
