Had a very pleasant stay! Staff was lovely to us. The room was very clean, tiny but good enough to just sleep in! The hotel is located right off Hollywood Blvd so it was perfect to access the subway and experience the nightlife during Halloween weekend.
Negatives:
Only [-] would be that the room was very small and could simply fit the bed and desk but like no space to sit at the desk and go to the other side of the room without crawling on the bed. It was a bit of a pain to open both our suitcases in the room!

The hotel needs renovations. The lobby, the elevator and hallways are outdated! This is not a kid friendly environment.

It was close to where we were going.Being in walking distance made it super convenient.
Negatives:
There were guests in the room across from us being loud.We told the front guest and we were rudely dismissed and had to deal with the noise all night.
Our card keys werent working and we went to the front desk to get them fixed.Twice they didnt work and I had to keep walking up and down the stairs.The front desk was completely rude about it and made it very clear he was annoyed when he had to go upstairs.
I understand parking is limited due to the small garage.But parking passes were over booked and cars were packed into the garage in every way they could fit.What if someone had an emergency and needed to leave in a hurry but their car was blocked in the back?Its unsafe.

All the place smells like pee the personal treat you like if u asking a favor or went there to steel something the receptionist guy was super rude and mean he start yelling at me no reason I just ask if they take tap to pay but no he just say I only take cash so next time if u want to go this place remember ONLY CASH they ask u for a deposit $150 cash only and they are mean the next day they dont want give it back and they take 1 one our to bring it back after to inspect the room and talk to the manager and they just tell you wait here a to the final touch they ask u for the parking lot 20 bucks cash and they dont have valet but if u dont give a tip to the security guy underground he gets mad and he tells u Im not responsible for what can happen into your vehicle if u dont give q tip of 20 bucks minimum mi good mi 120 dollars room made a nightmare and I spent at least like $450 so if u dont bring that amount dont even think about went to that property

The room is great to just come spend the night and explore throughout the day. Check in was fast and room was modern and comfy.
Negatives:
Workers were not friendly. Front desk receptionist charged me twice because he was distracted when checking me in. Parking is horrible, you have to pay to park but parking sells out ASAP, it should be a given that each room should atleast get to buy one parking. The hotel is right off Hollywood blvd so you can hear the nosiness from outside and homeless are all over the street.
