An emergency happened on the second night of my stay. The front desk night staff immediately jumped into action. Their quick thinking and professionalism kept us well informed and stopped the emergency from getting out of hand.
Negatives:
The bed had spiders, the sheets were threadbare, the bathroom shower bar was held in place by a single pushpin. No maid service under 8 days, you had to take your own trash out, take your towels/linens to the front desk to switch for clean ones. Smells.

Ive been staying at this hotel for about six years, and the condition of the property has decline significantly. The rooms are clean but the lobby, carpets, and parking lot are very dirty and need maintenance and investment.

The room needed major maintenance. Things like repairs needed to the wall, chips in furniture, etc. There wasnt a comforter, just a blanket that was ridiculously thin. There wasnt a single glass in the room. This had a full kitchen and empty drawers.

Front desk receptionist was not friendly. Did not greet with a hello or welcome all he said was license upon arrival. Third floor hallway smelled of pet urine.No shampoo in shower, only hand soap. No coffeemaker in room. Overall a bad experience

Room wasn't ready until 5:30PM, strong smell of bleach everywhere, the website pictures are misleading. Rooms are filthy, furniture looks like they were picked up curbside that was wasn't even good enough for the Goodwill. No kitchen supplies. Don't book
