Location directly across from the beach. Bike rentals super easy! Restaurant had great food and customer service was on point. We were visiting family so we missed the social hour. But we had arrived within minutes of it ending and the bar still gave me a glass of wine for free. Given their prices, this made a big difference. $12/glass of house wine. Free coffee in the morning and free yoga on Sundays. It's a pricey area, so they do have some complementary perks. ALSO, they do offer a Nespresso machine in your room for free!
Negatives:
I wasn't anticipating the $36/night parking. They offered valet parking at $45/night. We declined thinking we could park ourselves for free. This was not the case. It may have been on their website and I missed it, but not sure. Also the wifi was not free - or was not obviously free. No code was given, just an option to pay for it unless you were a member. Then it was free. These are not complaints, just things to know in advance when budgeting.

The location was amazing close to the pier, downtown shops and the boardwalk. Once we parked our car we enjoyed everything there was. The s’mores at the end of the day while watching surf videos out side was the best end to our day.
