This is our second stay...

The location and the size of the suite.
Negatives:
The fake tasting,made from powder like eggs at breakfast and tasteless breakfast potatoes. Also the $250 security deposit was a surprise, but it did return back to my card 48 hrs after checkout ,which is fast,so I guess it's OK.

I loved the cleanliness. It was excellent but the room cleaners were a bit rude with rushing me out my room before the time. That made me feel uncomfortable. I will stay again and refer.

I stated the incident above that I did not like and the food was cold. They ran out of food items and did not replenish them.

It has a nice bb court for the kids and BBQ area, laundry is convenient. Pool and hot tub are pretty good

We booked 2king rooms but one room only had a double bed, it was wheelchair accessible. Check in took almost an hour and a half after being given wrong keys several times including keys to someone else’s room. It is far away from everything if you don’t have a car.

I’ll list 2 of MANY deficiencies;My ceiling leaked water, attitude and behavior was downright rude.. Did not get room cleaned even though I tried to book this a few times(!) in the ELEVEN days I was there. They changed my cleaning day to the day I was checking out! Grateful Booking.com was helpful. Best to book through app. The ‘hotel is in Fountain Valley, the ‘H.B’ location (up the street) is referred to as ‘Slater Slums’ by locals. Disingenuous. Will take their time refunding the $250. (!) deposit. No elevator and no help w baggage.
Staybridge Suites a short distance up the freeway is safer, nicer and has hospitality.

Positives:
Really great value for money option, large quiet room on the ground floor with full kitchen. Had a basketball court (in good working order with basketball :-) , a pool and and spar pool as well as a central grassed area with a fire pit .. all in all very good. Breakfast (6-9) was included and was excellent , full cooked, plus fruit, cereal,pancakes, toast and bagels.
Negatives:
Room could have been a little lighter , but a problem with all hotels in my view, not really that close to Huntington Beach.
