Positives:
Only one person was very helpful getting us out the hotel because the suite was stinking super bad.
Negatives:
the smell was unbearable. we had to check out even they helped to clean floors and walls of one bedroom.
the room was NO SMOKING and the person before us didn't respect the property.
but the staff at the hotel could not help us getting another room because it was full.
