We booked a room with balcony and got a downstairs room that smelled rank and the window didnt open, plus bottom floor facing busy street and parking lot. When we got back from memorial I inquired about the room and the attendant was very kind and offered to immediately switch rooms, However it was past 8 and my 89 year mother was unpacked and in the shower so we stayed put. My advice, ask I immediately upon arrival if the situation is wrong. We were busy and did not have time until returning later. Otherwise the hotel itself was clean and courteous.
