The two Clerks On shift that night were great! Hotel employee was very kind and was willing to help me out - I had just put my Mom in the hospital and I had nothing with me as a over night accouterments. He's kindness was was wonderful and warmed my hear

There were several short dark hairs on my pillow. I didn't see it until the morning. I have long blond hair so that short black hair couldn't have come from me. : ( Despite this oversight of foreign hair, I was still thankful for a warm place to lay my

Not one thing. Well, OK, one thing but this applies to ALL hotels these days. WHY ARE THE PILLOWS ALL SO SMALL????

The staff was an absolute delight! Everyone was so helpful and polite. After this GREAT stay, the Double Tree will be my first choice on any vacation or weekend stay. Thank you to all of the staff for being so absolutely making our stay so comfortable.

Understandably it was Labor Day weekend, so unfortunately, the pool was packed all day on Sunday.We weren't able to swim. The ice machine on our floor (4th) was not generating ice.

With the current covid-19 situation I felt the hotel was cleanly and accommodating in a way that allowed minimal contact.

discriminative staff! I was eating breakfast in the lobby and he came up to us with attitude and asked "Do you even have a room here?" and made me show him my room key, which is needed to even get in the building. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable.

Very quiet and beautiful, feels brand new. They have a $23 charge for parking which is ludicrous, but they waive it when asked.
