Negatives: The cupboard holding the fridge would get stuck on the carpet and then you couldn't open the fridge. Twice we went for ice and had to go to another floor to get any as the machine on our floor, three, was empty.

Positives: With the current covid-19 situation I felt the hotel was cleanly and accommodating in a way that allowed minimal contact.
Negatives: discriminative staff! I was eating breakfast in the lobby and he came up to us with attitude and asked "Do you even have a room here?" and made me show him my room key, which is needed to even get in the building. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable.
