Negatives: Understandably it was Labor Day weekend, so unfortunately, the pool was packed all day on Sunday.We weren't able to swim. The ice machine on our floor (4th) was not generating ice.

Positives: With the current covid-19 situation I felt the hotel was cleanly and accommodating in a way that allowed minimal contact.
Negatives: discriminative staff! I was eating breakfast in the lobby and he came up to us with attitude and asked "Do you even have a room here?" and made me show him my room key, which is needed to even get in the building. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable.
