Negatives: Bathroom , low preasure water

Negatives: Terrible experience. The man checking me in acted like he couldn’t find my reservation, even after I spelled my name, handed him my ID, and showed him the confirmation on my phone. He kept insisting I ‘wasn’t in the system’ until my boyfriend spelled my name again and suddenly he magically found me. He was rude the entire time. He wrote our room number so messy we couldn’t even read it, he refused to clarify it, and we had to try multiple doors to figure out which room was ours. Even the lady checking us out the next day asked us what it said because she couldn’t read what he wrote. I regret not getting his name. We paid for a non-smoking room, but it reeked of cigarettes. The room was disgusting—dirty floor, spiders, roaches, a broken shower, and a broken lock. And to top it off, I got charged twice. When I asked the girl at checkout why there were two charges, she insisted I was only charged once and handed me a receipt for just one transaction, even though my banking app clearly shows two separate charges for the same hotel. Absolutely unacceptable and I will never stay here again.

Negatives: Old construction smell’s seepage

Negatives: The staff is unfriendly and can't even tell me where my room is. We were put in a room where someone from the staff was staying. The room smelled musty. This hotel is a mess and there's no good manager.
