Positives: The housekeeping lady was on top of things. However, the shuttle service from airport was unreliable. I had to call several times to request it and wait more than an hour. The shuttles for all other hotels stopped by several times during that time.

Negatives: Front desk attempted to charge me $50 extra for checking in early. I understand standard check in time is 3 pm but that is the case when hotel is full. If there are rooms unoccupied they should be made available right away. Never heard such thing befor

Positives: Great place to stay.Close to airport! John Wayne shuts down after 10pm. So nice quiet room. Just needed a place to sleep for the night and sleep. Perfect room! room was very clean, bed was excellent and had plenty of pillows. So comfy!

Negatives: FYI. They charge for parking. $26per night! They should tell you there is a public parking garage really close by that only charges $18 per night!

Negatives: There was a generator, at least that's what it sounded like, that went off every 45 - 60 minutes. It was loud. I did not get much sleep. And the $42.00 parking fee should have been listed as an extra cost at the time I made the booking.

Negatives: Me estn cobrando tarifas que no se ni de donde salieron. Me cobraron $42 de parking y luego otros $92 incluyendo el depsito y de nuevo el parking, o sea se me cobr doble.

Positives: Location and how clean it is.

Negatives: I think that parking is a little steep, specially if your already paying for the stay there, also the only person in the reception desk in the morning, made us wait in line while he mess around on his phone for an extra few minutes.

Positives: This place is nice! I could have not asked for more regarding the location (perfect), free shuttle to airport, close by convenient store, nice simple restaurant downstairs, room was spacious with large television, room was clean, air con worked exceptionally well, bathroom was clean and the products in the bathroom are of decent quality (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) bed was very comfortable, view was very nice for me while eating my breakfast.... The lady who checked me in was very nice and knowledgeable!

Negatives: An establishment like this should have people that present themselves professionally nexus to what the hotel's image is being portrayed. First, upon checkout, a girl with a nose hoop, acting exactly the way she looked - horrible! Horrible attitude and does not listen very well. The lady who was the operator upon arrival when requesting for a shuttle, has issues with listening and comprehending questions that are not scripted within her process. Just not a good representation for an establishment in a city like this....

Negatives: Staff was cold, I experienced a restless night due to screaming and banging next door and they provided no accommodations other than a morning room change, rooms are not "newly renovated" as they say they are.
