Positives:
Staff was VERY accommodating. We were traveling with 95 year old mother who needed a "little extra" and they made sure we had everything we needed.

It was hard to find the Shuttle pick up zone...not the hotel's fault. It was tricky arranging for the shuttle pick up, again, not the hotel's fault.

Positives:
The restaurant downstairs was really good, great staff and really good food and beers on staff. Sitting area was great. Outside area was great.
Negatives:
Front desk could be helpful, little disappointing at times. Forgetful when asked for additional amenities. Issues with parking at this location- very expensive. Water pipe issues with room next door, woke us up every morning when they showered around 5am with load vibrations of the water pipes. Every morning.

The housekeeping lady was on top of things. However, the shuttle service from airport was unreliable. I had to call several times to request it and wait more than an hour. The shuttles for all other hotels stopped by several times during that time.

Front desk attempted to charge me $50 extra for checking in early. I understand standard check in time is 3 pm but that is the case when hotel is full. If there are rooms unoccupied they should be made available right away. Never heard such thing befor

I have been a guest at this hotel on three occasions. Its proximity to SNA airport makes it an ideal choice for brief overnight stays. The bar is excellent, although the food does not meet the same standard. While the rooms are tidied, there is an odd sensation that they aren't truly clean, possibly due to a lingering damp odor. The nights are peaceful, but the parking policy is frustratingly inconvenient, as it doesn't accommodate multiple entries and exits.
