Negatives:
1. Luggage trolleys were very scarce. It took too much time for a parking attendant to find one for me at check in. A hotel staff was unable to find one for me for check out. Sheesh! Unacceptable tthat a guest should have to lug around 4 heavy bags without a trolley. Just an awful experience.
2. Even Motel 6 offers free wifi to all guests. Iit hadn't even occurred to me to verify that service when I selected this hotel, I had thought it was a given. Insulting to be required to pay for a basic service in what is supposed to be a 5 * hotel.
3, A staff member told me he was too busy doing his audit to help me with a problem
4. Valet parking abused their trust. When I checked in my gas gauge registered more than full. When I retrieved my rental car the next morning, it was less than full. This vehicle was a HYBRID! how does anyone burn that much fuel moving from the front entrance to parking, then back to the front entrance again? I reported to Reception and was told I needed to report to the Valet parking manager. Three days later I have not heard back.
5. I left my watch charger plugged in on the night stand. I reported my loss the same day, I have not heard back from the hotel. I eplicity described the item and the place where it was left. How the heck could thye not have found it?

Even Motel 6 offers free wifi, what gives with charging ? No luggage trolleys - struggled with heavy bags Reported a problem with valet parking - no response. I would NOT EVER stay again, and would advise others the same
