La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Irvine Spectrum

Negatives: No complaints here. It was a good time.

Negatives: Everything

Negatives: This room was disgusting! Had black mold all over, looked like a prison cell & bathtub had a nasty tub liner, sink had dry tooth paste and curtian had mold at the bottom! The fone looked like it had been puked on and when we wiped down it was of an orange color

Negatives: It was very dirty and the staff was very inconsiderate, the elevator does not work the hotel smells like rotten eggs inside room and in hallways. Save your money and go somewhere atleast decently nice and considerate.

Negatives: Staff were AWFUL. Felt unsafe - police always there, people arrested and shot. Washing machine ate my money and they refused to get it out of the machine and refund it. I had prepaid a month and I counted every second until I could leave. Zero Stars.

Negatives: It was too loud by the train tracks The bed was very uncomfortable and no hot water in the room

Negatives: Quite old facility, pool didn’t work

Negatives: This property is an utter dump. They should not have a La Quinta franchise license. Part of the property is an old warehouse which was converted into a hotel. This section of the property literally looks and feels like a prison. The elevator smelled intensely like urine as if homeless people had been sleeping in it. The room was absolutely filthy and worn out. There were blood stains on the bed sheets and towels. The bathtub was absolutely disgusting. The windows were covered in a greasy film. From the outside, this building looked like an abandoned structure that was falling apart. Unless you knew it was part of the motel, you wouldn’t dare go inside it. I complained and switched to a different room in the main La Quinta building in front of the property, which looked like a typical La Quinta motel. Although this section of the property was not as horrific as the warehouse building, it wasn’t much better in quality overall. Extremely old and poorly maintained. Ripped carpets, scratched and missing paint on the walls, missing light bulbs in light fixtures, phone in the room didn’t work, no actual bed cover or comforter, only thin blankets! And so on… The front desk staff were absolutely unconcerned, and seemed like they had heard it all many times before, unprofessional and argumentative. The location of this property was what made me consider it. This property is not even worth staying for free!

Negatives: Staff and front desk workers were not friendly and made us feel like a burden or asking for new room keys. Our keys stopped working and they blamed it on me for having it near a magnet. However, one of the cards were not at all near a magnet. Oh, and the comforter had old blood stains on it...
