The people at the front desk were rude. We said we will extend and said will come and pay in an hour. We thought the rate would be at least close to what we paid online. It?s almost 1.5 times the price we paid online. And how he spoke was very rude.

There was a miscommunication on the checking and the date of the room. I booked until Monday and we have AAA and was told by the last our rate would be --- a day, a guy called and said we had to leave and there's no way the rate would be --- a night
