They charged for the parking, not sure there was a good reason to do so at their location the only reason as I see it to charge for parking is in places where there high demand for parking and outside parking also costs money and you are in a location that many things are around you anyhow. In their case they are a drive distance from anywhere else, their location kind of compelling you to have a car and they then charge for the parking.

For 120$ the room was decent, the bathroom was ok and the fact that it was a very spacious room was nice and it had kitchen facilities was a great bonus.
Negatives:
Upon entering it smelled kinda funky, and then I realized these are repurposed retirement homes. When we recieved our room on the first floor there were only see through blinds. I requested a room on the second floor which had blinds. The rooms are ok, the ac is extremely loud. The halls and elevator are very dated. Don’t get me wrong it’s not a terrible place it’s a great value for a family on the go. It’s right across the street from a hospital. I just wouldn’t stay here again because I’m used to upscale hotels or your average holiday inn.
