Homeless people roaming outside, deceiving online pictures make the room look clean and updated, room smelled like cigarettes even though I booked a non smoking room, uncomfortable beds you could feel the mattress springs poking you, roaches in the restroom.

Staff was very nice and helpful, the location was close to a lot of food and gas stations. The rooms were clean and the housekeepers did a good job.

Really my only complaint would be that the Jacuzzi was green and not kept up well and there wasn't really any towels at the pool area. I don't have any negativity to report. This property was really good compared to the last hotel I stayed at

The fridge didn't work. AC/Heating unit is shutting off in the middle of the first night , first I thought its a hotel policy not have the Heating unit 24 hours which it should. Then heating didn't work the rest of the time and we left frozen.

That, although the room appeared, cleaned for the most part, I still found an empty juice bottle lying on the floor behind the headboard. Also, the remote control for the TV did not work properly. I had the maintenance come twice to check it out. It still never really worked, so I was not able to watch.
