The maids and Mariam and Victoria were nice to me (front desk) owner and 2 managers were very rude !!! and the TV was ?

It’s freezing and my rooms heater wasn’t working and took them 4 days to switch me to a room with the same problem and the owner was rude and kicked me out saying I was complaining and totally disrespectful 86 me ?homeless now

Front desk female had 3lil kids with her babies and it was really in business like transaction a lot of rig raf in parking lot and no ice and room floor was filthy as could be our white socks became black as black within20 minutes
