Positives:
Convenient, inexpensive and safe. The hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful.
Negatives:
The only thing I would have appreciated was actual sugar-free cream for my coffee.

Room dim.staff indirectly rude and didnt want you to overstay but only two week ,its an extended stay? So left.felt unwanted because not the normal demographic age population.

Wasnt sound proof.So complaints made over sound for just regular indoor voice conversations and activities.Have to be so quiet.the staff told me to leave by phone and didnt want extension because they overbooked.seemed personal.threatened to call police

the front desk was immediate and calm with disputes and challenges and wants. and they always was receptive towards feedback. looked peaceful and acted maturely. had a pleasant personality .dressed conservative so was not overwhelmed by overexposure .

wished everything was soundproof from bathroom to the kitchen from the inside room. wished outside noise didn't come in from the hall and the outside parking lot. wished the safety of the complex have private security & gated parking structure.

it was enclosed and had options to use a lot of electric outlets and USB charging and free regular internet. I liked the friendly engaging staff and how they kept the inside lobby hotel locked and could only enter via card key.

it wasn't fully sound proof. every small sound you can hear during the regular day and during the regular night and sleeping time. you could hear outside small noises and outside alley noises. because it was easily heard there were pointless complaints

The fire water sprinkler was having a slow leak of water dripping over the head of the bed. Complimentary breakfast needed way more food than just granola, muffins, and coffee.

Overall, great staffing but would not stay at this location again.

Room had a musty smell and ac was horrible. Told the man that checked me in that I was in town for my uncles funeral and he made a tasteless joke about morticians. Not worth $170 a night.

No phone in the room. The furniture looked like it had been chewed by a puppy. There were dead gnats on the ceiling. The bathroom counter had the surface worn off. The shower curtain was too short and impossible to keep water off the floor.

The staff were very welcoming. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending this hotel. The property is safe and provides a home like atmosphere. This is my favorite place to stay.the room bug and spacious. The bed VERY comfortable.
