The property was located at a convenient place for us to be close to the family

The key cards kept demagnetizing and not working every day. We had to see the concierge to fix it. Additionally, the key did not work on the gym door. At different times during the day, we waited more than 5 minutes, so we decided to take the stairs down from the 7th floor. The elevator floors were dirty or sticky most of the time.

Private/Secure and yet a convenience due to close by gas/freeway and eateries close to location. It usually is my go to spot when I am in town.

The breakfast was really good and the rooms were very clean. I also liked being able to connect my Netflix account to the room.
Negatives:
When we arrived we did not pre-pay through booking.com and the hotel front desk initially would not take the debit card we had because it was online banking with Chime. It eventually got sorted out by having to rebook and pay through the booking.com website, but the initial shock of not being able to check-in was a hassle.

I was awaken at 8am by a wading speaker telling us to evacuate the building, turned out to be a false alarm that a guest had triggered which was a huge inconvenience. I stayed here to get away for the weekend and relax yet I came back more stressed than I was prior to the stay.
