Negatives: Grumpy desk clerk, room door had no door latch.....I have pics of this.....dirty, run down, rotten wood exposed, fence around pool area wobbley & almost falling over, stairwell from parking lot to room dark...no light, also pics of this.

Negatives: If check out a few minutes late you get charged 20.00

Negatives: shower did not work initially.

Negatives: I think it was perfect.

Negatives: When we arrived our reservation had been canceled due to management changes. They found us a room. There has been a dispute with the bill as they say the original bill should be paid to them. My credit card and Booking . Com have been back and forth. The bill to Booking. Com has been put back on my card which I recently paid. I am hoping the hotels new management doesnt try and charge me again as they found a room for me. Very confusing.

Negatives: It is under new management but in dispute with the old. They didnt have any record of my booking and I had to prove to them that booking.Com had taken the payment as they wanted to charge me again. The hotel was dirty, the air con unit was so loud you couldnt sleep with it on so it then got really hot, the carpet was heavily stained and damp, the room was never cleaned / beds not remade. I wasnt able to complain as the management had had to honour my booking despite them not having received any money from me. The old management is apparently trying to sabotage the new management. They have no record of anyone who has booked with them pre April - I booked in February. I felt stuck there, I couldnt complain as as far as they were concerned I hadnt paid them any money - it was an insane amount to pay for the quality of the hotel.

Negatives: Very poor internet services. Rooms could have been a little cleaner. I suggest a washer and dryer service, even if we have to pay for the use. Staff not all up to date on services.

Negatives: Apparently, it was in the process of changing management on the day we arrived. there was quite a bit of security which was quite uncomfortable. Our keys deactivated quite quickly. We did not have Wi-Fi in our room. Some of the staff were helpful but others were not.
