I liked the location, the proximity to the beach and the rooftop bar. Very nice accommodating staff.
Negatives:
The walls are very thin, I was on the ground level near the exit and could hear the door opening and closing all night. Also the people above me were walking around and rolling suitcases. I did not feel at ease with the noise levels and activity happening during the night. Also, the bed was not that comfortable.

I liked the proximity to the beach. It was less than a minute and the beach was beautiful.
Negatives:
The room had a few spiders. My daughter found a tiny worm on her pillow. It was very noisy. You could hear every time another guest would flash the toilet. Early in the morning,the trash truck comes around and makes a loud noise for quite some time, right outside your window. The pictures show a swimming pool, but there's no pool.
