I liked that the room was pretty big and the view was awesome.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that there was no microwave, the parking situation was ridiculous and you have to pay 45$ for valet. I also didn’t like that it wasn’t clear in the reservation that the hotel wasn’t actually on the beach, I thought I was getting a room right on the beach. The room was a bit outdated as well, there was no Netflix or YouTube available.

Positives:
The room was clean and the view was amazing! We were on the top floor at a oceanfront king with balcony. The bed was comfortable and no issues with the room. We even received a complimentary wine which was nice but we didn’t have the best luck opening it because no wine opener was in sight. But still thoughtful.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that the room was not ready at 4 when it was checkin time. It was ready at 4:15. This doesn’t seem like to much but we were waiting around the area for 4pm to hit with much excitement. Also, the room had a dine in option which opened at 9am which is the time we started calling but call after call the restaurant never picked up the phone. We had a long drive of 7 hours and wanted to enjoy the view, breakfast, and the room to the last minute. We didn’t get a answer until 10:30am (mind you check out was at 11am) we wanted the smallest breakfast, 2 cappuccinos and pancakes which was on the menu. They told us that they no longer had cappuccinos and only coffee to offer (why would we get coffee if that’s offered in the room) so we went without breakfast after the hotel. It would have been perfect.

When I checked out on 4/4, a new set of hair dye products was hanging on the bathroom door handle. No! It was a lost item! I called on the 5th and said that I couldn't find it. The management of this pub is very egotistical and immodest. They are unwilling to accept my objections to service. My friends and I will not come here again.

The rooms were filthy, there was duct mites in the heater machine, the carpet looked as if no one ever vacuumed it. The room upon entering had a strong smell. We had to open the windows to air it out. The smell left a taste in my mouth absolutely disgusting. Manager was rude, didn’t really care to hear about my concerns.

The location of the oceanfront views can NOT be beat. The hotel itself is extremely walkable assuming you are in good shape.
Negatives:
It feels like a motel in these rooms NOT a hotel, the bathroom is extremely tiny, there are a LOT of stairs to get to lobby/pool/beach- there’s no modern updates to this property. The parking is not included in the ‘resort fee’ and this is NOT a resort. So it’s grossly overpriced for the quality.

And loved that the hotel provided beach lounge chairs and umbrellas, the jacuzzi was also very nice and spacious. Also the valet was friendly and fast, front desk had great customer service no problem checking in.
