I am in my mid 20's. I have a job where I travel a lot for work. When I was met by the people at the front desk I was completley disrespected. They spoke to me like a child staying in a hotel for the first time. I had a asked for an itomized reicept and she laughed. Horrible service.

The bar is cozy and the bartenders are very friendly and make good drinks. The hotel is pretty and makes a nice impression. The pool area looks nice. We didn't have to enjoy it. The staff is very friendly. Free parking

The shower was not good. The tile work was awful. The shower floor is slick and kinda spongy. The pillows on the bed are awful. The room has an odd sink by the closet that isn't really part of the bathroom and doesn't have a mirror over it so not sure the thinking there.

Staff professional and friendly, location quite and accessible, cafe prices very reasonable, staff very attentive, food was very good.
Negatives:
I expected an IHG hotel, with the price per night we paid to look like a quality hotel. The carpeting in the place shredding, rinkeled down the hallways and even in the room, this made one think of the motel, where the light is left on. Sorry, truth!

I HAD AN EYE INFECTION BECAUSE THE PILLOWS IN THE ROOM,
OVERALL THE HOTEL DOES NOT LOOK GOOD, THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE LOCATION.
