Clean, convenient, safe, affordable

The location, Tuscan decor, jacuzzi and breakfast were excellent. It is in a quiet, safe area of Orange County. There were signs prohibiting smoking and vaping indoors and outside which we appreciate.
Negatives:
A little bit of mold on the painted ceiling and in the corner of the floor by the tub in the bathroom needed bleached. Otherwise the room was clean and in great condition.

The fridge was not working properly in the room - not cold at all. The laminate floors squeaked under the bed and certain areas of the room.

The furnishings were very nice; the decor was very tasteful.
Negatives:
The mattress was not supportive. The door to the toilet/bathtub could not be opened if someone was at the sink; small area, claustrophobic. We were placed in a 2nd floor room, directly over a "church" room. LOUD music on Sunday morning woke us up!
