My son is an athlete and we travel all the time. His coach is always able to check him in until I arrive but Comfort Inn would not even after I changed name on reservations and also had room paid off. Extremely disappointed with the costumer service.

The beds were super comfortable, and the sheets were so soft! Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was really good.
Negatives:
The curtain didn't close the side completely so a stream of light from the "porch" light would shine onto the head of the bed on the far left. Netflix kept randomly pausing on its own no matter we tried.
