It was nice and modern looking. The area was nice too.
Negatives:
So the layout of the room is kind of weird. You cant watch tv in bed or from the sofa bed because of where the tv is. The pillows are trash but to your defense the pillows at every hotel are trash which is why I always bring my own pillow from home. There were ants in our room coming from the restroom and kitchen. And its weird how the light fixture for the actual restroom/shower is linked to outer sink/vanity. You cant use the restroom without turning on the outer light and waking everyone up. But overall these are all minor issues Im just picky.

Good stay, a couple things couldve been better but it wasnt bad.
Positives:
New building, very good located if you are there to drive around South California. Very nice front desk stuff, they were able to switch the rooms for me quickly so we could have some sleep on the second night at least.
Negatives:
Lots of tricks with how they charge you. Breakfast is very mediocre and you can't avoid to be charged for that. Every room has kitchen so who would need mandatory breakfast in this setup? They also charge you extra for parking even though there is nothing to do there without a car - its rural area, not downtown or anything. Make sure to avoid 2nd floor rooms as the noise during the night hours from the parking lot underneath may be significant.

Well. The only thing was we couldnt figure out how to operate the ceiling fan and that there was only one roll of toilet paper, other than that everything was awesome.
