the staff was disastrous. They ripped off our accommodation twice in one day. We came to the reception and the staff didn't know what to do, we had to deal with it the next day. He kept saying the spoken sentences they had learned. We waited for our money from 13.3 to 26.3. even though we were waiting for our money, we decided to extend our stay... they wanted a third deposit from us even though we had already paid one thanks to the reservation plus another due to double payment... terrible deal. Watch your money. I know it can happen, but no one addressed the fact that we lost almost $500 (it's not much) no compensation and no APOLOGY, no sorry!!!!!

I liked having a small kitchenette for the week. The room was clean, had nice furniture and the bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
Didn’t realize they were remodeling when I booked. I was worried about noise during my stay but luckily didn’t have any issues. However the torn up lobby was not a great first impression. And there was no little “market” on premises as advertised.
