The room was spacious.
Negatives:
Adolescents coming in, going upstairs, and banging on doors was upsetting, felt frightening. Not very secure… letting kids bike/scooter to the lobby and disturb lodgers. Paying extra for parking was a nasty surprise. Room was shabby, uncomfortable beds. Technology isn’t up to date with not enough plugs and not well-thought out placement. Carpets not wheeled-luggage friendly. Bad system for requesting late checkout. Should be able to coordinate and get established at least night before checkout day.
