The room was spacious.
Negatives:
Adolescents coming in, going upstairs, and banging on doors was upsetting, felt frightening. Not very secure… letting kids bike/scooter to the lobby and disturb lodgers. Paying extra for parking was a nasty surprise. Room was shabby, uncomfortable beds. Technology isn’t up to date with not enough plugs and not well-thought out placement. Carpets not wheeled-luggage friendly. Bad system for requesting late checkout. Should be able to coordinate and get established at least night before checkout day.

The hotel is quiet. Near stores and resources.
The room was clean. Easy check-in.
And my kids loved the breakfast and cooking staff.
Rate was reasonable for a suite that suited our family of 5 perfectly.

Room was clean, and convinaeniently close to both outside doors and elevator. Breakfast was really good and stocked

Main issue was water pressure. The aawater pressure was so low we would have to take 3 times as long in the shower to water our hair length.
Main light bulb missing from room. I brought it up day one. It was never replaced.
