Negatives:
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. My credit card was charged twice for the same one-night stay: $181 + $181.
The first charge was processed when I booked through Booking.com.
The second charge happened at check-in because the front desk claimed they couldn’t see the Booking.com payment, even though I showed them clear proof of the confirmed payment on my Booking.com reservation.
I contacted Booking.com support and they confirmed that the hotel had no right to charge my card again. They should have investigated why they didn’t see the original payment instead of placing a new transaction.
But the staff refused to resolve the issue and chose the easiest (and most unacceptable) solution — charging me a second time.
Now I am stuck with two identical charges, and nobody is taking responsibility.
I called the front desk — they deny the issue.
I contacted Booking.com — they promised a resolution, yet nothing has happened: no refund, no cancellation of the duplicate charge.
This is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful to guests. I trusted a Marriott-brand property and ended up with a financial problem instead of a comfortable stay.
I demand a refund of the duplicate $181 charge.
Travelers beware: this hotel may charge you twice and ignore your attempts to fix their mistake.
I strongly do NOT recommend staying here.

The location is great not far from the fwy, stores and gas stations

I had to crawl out of bed because the sofa bed when let out blocks your way from walking around the bed especially if your partner is sleeping on the other side of the bed you're forced to crawl out to the foot of the middle of the bed. Other than that the room was ok.

I was not able to check in early. I arrived in the area at 8am and had to wait until 4pm to check in. When i arrived, i asked for extra pillows and they had none. Our room was right next to the boiler room which was very loud but we got use to that.

When checking in staff said I didn’t have reservations. I gave her name and email with confirmation number and she still could not find. She stated they were sold out and that next time I should book direct with the hotel and not use a third party. (Booking.com). I was really upset. Noticed the booking had my names reversed and I ask her to run them the correct way and she finally found it after almost 30 minutes. She also never checked my ID. Not ok. Asked the next day for the manager to call me. No response

The only thing I did not like was not chairs to sit in pool, there was no shade at all, Every chair was taken. Sun was so hot my face burned.
