Staff is very rude. We asked for a downstairs room and was not given also kids have disabilities they cant help how they steam talk or move and that should be consider when asked for a downstairs room instead of complaining about them!

I hated everything about this hotel, outrageous non-disclosed pet fees (pet-friendly) of $30 extra per night!! It was the same price as a Hilton in a gross area, the furniture was rusted, my entire room smelled like smoke!!
