I was very disappointed to have stayed for 3 days and never had the room cleaned, bed made, trash taken out. I had to ask for clean towels. Not what I expected. The notice on the bathroom mirror stated that room care would be every other day. No one came to the room at all. It is difficult to stay in a public place to begin with but with lack of cleanliness it really is not relaxing at all!
