The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. We especially liked the bed and pillows. The breakfast was as expected and consistent with what is offered across all other Holidays Inn Express hotels. Staff members were friendly, and the check-in and out process went smoothly.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, the coffee machine at the reception was unavailable over the weekend, apparently because the required filters had not been delivered. On our first night, we stayed in a ground-floor room down the hall from the front desk. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and couldn’t be turned off using the console, which made it impossible to get proper rest. The night staff was unable to resolve the issue, and the only solution offered was to change rooms. We eventually moved from the first floor to the third floor. Although these issues caused some inconvenience, they didn’t have a significant impact on our overall experience during the stay

Negatives:
The only thing that I would say is since it is a pet friendly hotel to invest in more grassy areas for the pets to relieve themselves. There were lots of bushes around and shrubbery so it was kind of difficult to have your pet go in between the bushes to find a proper position to go potty.

Positives:
Spacious room with a big bed. Staff members were friendly, and the area felt safe. Breakfast was OK (not a fan of USA breakfasts, but they had some healthy options too). There is a juice shop not too far, where you can get healthy smoothies, chia bowls, etc.
Negatives:
The free WiFi refused to work quite often, had to use my own data. And for some stage reason, the coffee machine, creamer, etc, were kept in the bathroom. Not the most hygienic choice. Good thing there was fresh coffee always available at the reception.
