Carrying around a little card to assure a drink limit at Managers Reception and to gain access to breakfast was a pain and felt nickle and dimey.

Adjusting room temperature was hard. People opened their doors to let hot air out. The tub drain flowed very very slow had to remove stopper. Amenities package wasn't in the room when you self checked in. Main elevator was out of order.
Walls were thinner than expected heard noises like TV and people talking thru the night.
