Positives:
Hotel was very dirty. TV was torn off wall. No towels. Mold all over room. Dirty sheets and blankets. Rude hotel staff. We left and found a new hotel. Will request a refund.

The staff is treated as every time we have stayed there with the most respect and compassion of any place that we've been in a long time. They're very helpful they treat you like a human being which is rare in this life and they are willing to do whatever it takes to try to help people and and that makes it excellent

Excrement under sink not dusc9vered until following morning. Stench, damaged furniture. Toilet soiled.I was told I cannot be refunded for night spent with stench. If I knew it was feces at the time, I would've left.

I can’t begin to explain how exceptionally friendly, warm, professional, knowledgeable running the hotel, make one feel welcomed or at home when you’re a bit homesick, respectful, & confident with their job’s! However long we’re Blessed to be here we’ll be incredibly sad too leave, but grateful! It’s awesome to have a peace of mind. Life’s hit us super hard…it’s been very difficult. Thank you to everyone that’s been amazing here!
Ohhh & the property looks pretty good with their upgrades!

The only teeny weeny complaint I might have is the Wi-Fi. SHOCKING I KNOW!!!! Well…………….bye.
