After Wednesday, May 31st, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 31, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: the staff was very nice, professional, and helpful.

Negatives: I didn’t have to use melatonin for sleep bc the weed in the air was so thick. now I know why they call it skunk cabbage. the whole place stunk. Pride of ownership was nil. my room had a dresser where the drawers were hanging out and wouldn’t stay closed. the front of it was badly damaged. the dark green walls were scuffed in several places where the white underside was visible. I didn’t even go down for “breakfast “. she pointed to a 18”x36” counter where the breakfast would be. wow. I guess it is just granola bars and coffee? breakfast ended at 9am. what? strange people in the lobby and halls. when I was going to my room I identified the odor as a combination of pot, body odor, and dog sh!t.

Positives: Location, coffee, plenty of parking and the beds super comfy. Cheapest in the area. Plenty of electrical plugs & usb ports. For the most part it was quiet at night and we slept well.

Negatives: Nothing extra in the kitchen area - you have to rent items. Total of 3 small roaches found only in bathroom. Awoke to fire alarm going off at 3am due to someone pulling it on 2nd floor. And no ice machine.

Positives: Even though I booked and paid ahead of time when we arrived they said they didn't have a room for us! We persisted and did not leave, because we didn't have any where to go! They finally gave another guy's room to us. Because we were there before him.

Negatives: When we walked into the room it smelled like urine. I went to housekeeping and grabbed a bottle of cleaner. No one was there to help or stop me. The room had nothing extra! Including no garbage can! No coffee maker. No utensils. Or cups... it was visibly run down. Broken. Chipped....

Positives: Location was pretty close to the event we went to. Staff was really nice.

Negatives: Bed wasn't great, only had 3 pillows for 2 people. Little kitchenette but no cups, dishes, silverware or cooking items such as pots or pans. No Ice machine in building. Breakfast was granola bars and package oatmeal. For 200 a night I expected a little more. But the staff was nice so there's that.
